The EarthPoint Process for Commercial Buildings and Schools

While every job is unique in its requirements and challenges, we follow five proven and necessary steps to ensure your project's success:

Process 1

Preliminary Site Visit and Proposal

We make an initial site visit to assess the potential for geothermal systems. In the case of new construction, we assess the existing architectural drawings. Next, we'll present you with our initial concept geothermal solution.

Process 2

Feasibility Study and Energy Audit

For existing retrofits, we perform a complete energy audit and IAQ analysis. Again, in the case of new construction, we review the building plans in-depth with your developers. This includes a heat-loss and heat-gain calculation on the building or house as well as a test bore hole to assess the heat exchange capacity of the ground. You'll then receive a feasibility study and preliminary design submittal.

Bullet 3

Detailed Engineering Design

We work with qualified, local engineers and an existing and trusted dealer network to finalize the design with you or your developer. The end result: a fully engineered design.

Bullet 4

Project Construction

We support your project through our in-house experts and authorized dealer network.

Bullet 5

Commissioning and Training

Our specialists assist in the commissioning of the system and will provide you with any operational training and maintenance staff you require.
